The primary activity of the Oak Bluff Hoa Board and Architectural Control Committee (OBHOA) are to preserve, maintain, and enhance the common grounds of the Oak Bluff subdivision, by collecting and properly dispersing the funds of the Association; by hiring contractors, for maintenance and repairs to improve beautification.
